WILD LIKE A SNAKE

If you allow it, this hypnotic video produces an illusion of suspended time. Wild like a snail is designed as a sort of still life or vanity. The snails are crawling slowly on my laptop, so slowly that you almost wonder: Is it just photography? Then the video composition running in loop in the laptop contradicts the idea of plain image and brings a contrast as it is showing wild animals peacefully seating together. These animals would only be found together in a dream or a sort of lost paradise. And what about the snails on a laptop; It is a vestige of our destroyed civilisation?
